30 seconds

Every week I try to add just 30 seconds more to my running intervals.
This is new territory for me.  I started working out last October.
But really dug in last month.  I never thought I could do this.
Just run.  Just do what the other folks are doing.
Every day I feel myself becoming what I was meant to be.
Feels awesome.  Amazing the difference 30 seconds can make.


  1. Good for you! I started running as well last fall. I never thought I would like it but I do. Going to do my first 5k in May. I feel great and definitely look better too!
